Perfect weather, blue sky and sun. After a pleasant breakfast and fill up the fuel reserves, we go together with Sepp and his BMW 1150 Adventure to Askja. First, on a piece of tarred road, then on good gravel road

Alternatively, there is in the guide, the description and map of an alternative route to Askja, that has no so deep fords. This can be better traveled with enduro. But even the more demanding route is feasible with a travel enduro (Fully Loaded), if several people are traveling.
