A route on wide, lightly gravelled tracks. A side path leads into the heart of the national park, from where you can set off on hikes. A second highlight is a picnic area near a waterfall, where the stars are chamois and ibex.
The route can be combined with a visit to the Alpujarras villages and to Trevélez, the highest village in Spain (at 1,476 m altitude). Trevélez is world-famous for its Serrano ham, which is produced there.
