A fantastic route with magnificent views and beautiful landscapes through the Sierra de Gador. The road winds its way up the mountain in wide switchbacks. After changing sides of the slope, you'll see a few houses and terraced plantations. Then you follow a wide track at the foot of a wind farm. The "Forsthaus" (forest lodge) is a good place to rest, where you can visit an old cistern. The track is mostly wide (1.5 lanes), usually lightly gravelled, and a bit bumpy at the beginning due to the occasional corrugated surface. In the section near the wind turbines, you should expect oncoming traffic and cyclists.
