The hotel manager invited us to visit the hotel, on the top floor there is a panoramic cafe with a magnificent view of Kukes and the surrounding area. Also, there are even further above a rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi. The hotel is equipped with free internet on every floor, as well as with WLan. Many locals come to eat or drink caffee. |
 Our afternoon route is 130 km long and tarred. The first 15 kilometer we have a lot of traffic, because we ride on the motorway access road to Tirana. But when we turn to the old mountain road, we are again almost alone, every 15 minutes once a 'vehicle. |
 The mountain road winds 100 kilometers around the fjord-like reservoir. The landscape and the road are great. Again and again we have great views of the lake. Here there is only one gas station and that has not always gasoline, so you should stock up in Kukes advance. |

 After many breaks we reach around 7pm our hotel, but all the rooms are occupied, a tour group from Dresden, want to take in the morning with us the ferry. Because there are two hotels, the night is not a problem. |
