Route brief description (Morocco M17 desert tour):

Desert feeling! A track between the dunes, more or less covered in sand, finally leading you towards civilization on a corrugated road.

Route description Today's tour takes us west from the idyllic village of M'Hamid. The route leads through small dune passages. M'Hamid is a must-visit for every tourist; here, you can truly experience the desert atmosphere. Our accommodation is about 100 meters outside the village center.

Directly behind MHamid are sand dunes with small dunes that you cross. Near the village, there are many children who immediately come running when you hear an engine. The tour continues to Foum Zguid, about 150 kilometers away.
	For a bit, we ride through a small erg, which takes us to dunes about 2 to 3 meters high. You can follow the track in an off-road vehicle, but on a motorcycle, it's sometimes better to ride over a dune, as there are no annoying sand tracks.

After about 40% of the route, a gravel road begins, leading us along a dried-up lake, then we continue along a corrugated iron track towards Foum Zguid. We repeatedly have views of the Table Mountains to the south and the Anti-Atlas Mountains to the north.
