| Route description This route winds around the Erg Chebbi. The route is relatively easy for a desert route, but the scenery is very attractive. We initially approach the Erg from Merzourga, and we frequently encounter off-road vehicles, some of which are having fun here. |

Auch kann man hier eine Touristenreise mit den Kamelen direkt in den Erg Chebbi buchen. Die Dünen hier sind bis zu 300 Meter hoch und sehr atemberaubend anzusehen. |

| Once you reach the back side, the trail becomes partly gravel, partly sand. Again and again, we pass nomad settlements. Many nomads here still live very simply, owning a few animals like goats or chickens and a simple hut, yet they seem very content.. |
