Tour Summary: Corsica is a dream destination for motorcycling. Whether you ride a chopper for a leisurely cruise or a sport bike to tackle the mountain passes—some featuring exceptionally grippy asphalt—every road rider will find an abundance of stunning scenery and fantastic routes to enjoy here. All of the routes detailed below are suitable for road motorcycles. Having spent an extended period in Corsica—and having explored off-road trails on enduro bikes—we discovered numerous mountain passes that remain wonderfully secluded; this is how the following route itinerary came to be.
Best Time to Visit: The best time to visit is from June through mid-November. During the peak season, the coastlines and major thoroughfares are bustling with tourists; however, venture slightly off the beaten path, and you will discover true solitude. You are most likely to enjoy guaranteed fine weather in July and August.
Accommodation: We personally enjoy traveling fully self-sufficiently and camping; however, we have also included descriptions of accommodation options (hotels, guesthouses, and campsites) located at the end of each daily stage.
Dining: There are numerous restaurants along the coast; in the interior of the island, guesthouses and restaurants can typically be found in the larger towns and villages.
