Foreword:

Our Balkan trip begins in Greece (Igoumenitsa). From here, you can travel either by ferry or by land. For those who have 2 more weeks of time, we can also recommend our Balkan 1 book/ebook.
We have tried to integrate the most beautiful motorbike routes and sights into the tour.
The stage lengths mostly depend somewhat on the sights or delays caused by ferries and a leisurely riding pace.

In our book, accommodations are also listed, and we try to offer camping/guesthouses and hotels at the ends of the daily stages. In doing so, we try to find motorcycle-friendly accommodations and place great value on motorcycle garages (secure parking), restaurants, and ambiance. This is not always possible!
On this trip, however, you can completely skip camping since there are many overnight stays, and these are affordable in Bulgaria and Romania.

For GPS/navigation enthusiasts, we of course also have GPS routes for many formats (Garmin, TomTom, GPX, or OziExplorer as well as for mobile navigation). Specifically for Garmin navis and BMW navigators, we have an SD card that you just put into the navigator, and all routes, sights, and places to stop are on the navigator. The tours are available as a ring binder DIN A5 (for a tank bag), as a tour app (Guibo), or also as an e-book for the mobile phone.
